          • 60 sec do 5-5-4-4-3-3-2-2-1-1 bb-press-bench

          • 60 sec do 5-5-4-4-3-3-2-2-1-1 bb-dead-lift

          • 60 sec rest

        • add load if you can do the total amount of reps in one set with good form.
