Hell Workouts

Hell are Steady State workouts do a given amount of work in a given amount of time.
total run time of a Hell workout is 9+8+7+6+5+4+3+2+1 min = 45 min.

first section is 9 min you do 2 rounds of all of the exercises and rest the rest of the time.
after a section is done you erase the top exercise and the number.
second section is 8 min you do 2 rounds of all of the exercises that remains and rest the rest of the time.
